Children’s week: make a nature zine!

Illustration with children having fun and leaning. Text overlay says Children's Week 21-29 October 2023

This Children’s Week event is presented by Mansfield Readers And Writers Incorporated in partnership with the Victorian Government.

What’s the workshop all about?

A zine workshop taps into self-expression and helps you capture the story of you, or is the perfect platform for things you want to say. And Andrea Rowe is the perfect person to help you tap into zine-making!

Zines are handmade publications that can become a one-off collector’s item, or a new creative outlet. They’re affordable and FREE to make, and fun to swap and collect too. Once you start zine-ing, it’s hard to stop! And you might even find a new tribe of zine makers to hang out with.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for young people from 9 to 13 years.

Date: Wednesday 25 October
Time: 3:45 – 5:30 pm
Venue: Mansfield Library, 2 Collopy Street, Mansfield
